These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Schema, including websites, digital products, and the SchemaTIC (Telemetry & Infrastructure Console) client dashboard. By availing of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
Schema provides website development, digital infrastructure setup, and related online services. Some components of our services, including hosting and infrastructure deployment, may rely on third-party providers and outsourced systems. While we coordinate and manage service quality, certain operational aspects are dependent on external providers beyond our direct control.
SchemaTIC is provided as a read-only dashboard that offers clients visibility into their website analytics, domain status, billing records, and service information. It does not provide direct administrative control over infrastructure.
To ensure uninterrupted service, all payments must be completed at least three (3) days prior to the billing due date. Failure to settle payments within this timeframe may result in service interruptions, including but not limited to temporary suspension of hosting, domain services, or access to related systems.
Clients are responsible for ensuring timely payment processing. Schema is not liable for service disruptions caused by late or failed payments.
While Schema strives to maintain consistent and reliable services, interruptions may occur due to maintenance, third-party provider issues, network failures, or other technical limitations.
We will make reasonable efforts to restore services promptly in the event of disruptions.
Some services provided by Schema may be delivered through outsourced teams or third-party infrastructure providers. As such, Schema does not directly own or operate all hosting environments or supporting systems.
We remain committed to ensuring quality outcomes, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service when issues originate from external providers.
Schema shall not be held liable for delays, failures, or disruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, government restrictions, cyberattacks, or third-party service failures.
In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to restore services and minimize impact, but full responsibility for delays or downtime cannot be assumed.
Schema shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
Schema reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes when applicable.
By using Schema services or accessing SchemaTIC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
