This Privacy Policy explains what information Schema (“we”, “us”) collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies to the schema-ph.dev website and to the SchemaTIC (Telemetry & Infrastructure Console) tracker where it is embedded on websites we develop for our clients.
The only data we collect is lightweight, privacy-conscious website telemetry, used to power the performance insights shown in the SchemaTIC dashboard. We do not run third-party advertising trackers and we do not sell your data.
When you visit a page that includes our SchemaTIC tracker, we collect a small set of anonymous, non-personal information about the visit:
• Anonymous visitor ID — a random identifier generated in your browser to distinguish repeat visits from new ones. It is not linked to your name, email, or any real-world identity.
• Page visited — the canonical address of the page loaded. Query strings and URL fragments (including tracking, campaign, and any sensitive parameters) are stripped before anything is recorded.
• Device information — general device type (desktop, mobile, or tablet), operating system, and browser, derived from your browser's user-agent string.
• Engagement — how long the page was active or in the background, and a simple count of interactions (clicks, scrolls, key presses). We record only the counts, never their content or anything you type.
• Referral / campaign source — UTM campaign parameters, if the link you followed contained them.
• Approximate country — determined from your IP address using an offline lookup. Your IP address is used only momentarily to derive the two-letter country code and is not stored.
We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, passwords, payment details, form contents, precise location, or the text of anything you type. We do not use advertising cookies, fingerprinting, or cross-site tracking, and we do not build personal profiles of visitors.
SchemaTIC does not use cookies. The anonymous visitor ID is kept in your browser's local storage. You can remove it at any time by clearing your browser's site data, which simply resets the ID on your next visit.
Collected telemetry is used solely to present website performance insights—such as visitor counts, traffic trends, device breakdowns, and basic engagement—within the SchemaTIC dashboard. This helps our clients understand how their websites are performing over time. The data is aggregated and shown only to the client who owns the corresponding website.
We do not sell, rent, or trade collected data. Telemetry is stored on our own infrastructure and is not shared with advertising networks or third-party analytics services. Aggregated statistics for a given website are visible only to Schema and to the client who owns that website.
Telemetry is retained only as long as it remains useful for reporting and service insights. Because the visitor ID is anonymous, clearing your browser storage effectively disassociates future visits from past ones. If you believe data relating to you or your website should be removed, contact us and we will address the request.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices. Significant changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
